The newest Righteous Babe, Anaïs Mitchell,
is packing her bags (and her guitar) for Austin, TX to wow the
party-goers* at SXSW. Anaïs joins Anna Egge, Stars of Track and Field,
The Winterpills, Sean Hayes and Takka Takka at Momo’s (618 W 6th St.),
on Thursday, March 15 at 8pm during the Utne Reader Showcase. Folks
without a SXSW badge can still enjoy Anaïs during in-store performances
on Thursday, March 15 at Cheapo Records (914 N Lamar) at 5pm or
Saturday, March 17 at Bella Blue (2213 S 1st St) at 12 noon.
*(To be fair, apparently, rumor has it that some folks actually do some work while they are at SXSW too…)
